Resetting your password

You can reset your own password at any point. Simply go to members.neechamber.co.uk and follow the steps below. 

1. Click “Forgot your password?”

 2. Enter your email address in the space provided and click “send verification code”.

3. You’ll receive an email in your inbox which a 6 digit verification code. Copy this and head back to your internet browser. 

4. Next, just paste your verification code into the area highlighted below and press verify code.

5. On the next page, your email address will be populated and you can just click continue.

6. On the next screen you will need to enter your new password in both the “new password” field and “confirm password” field. Then click continue. 

7. You’ll then be taken to the member area homepage where you can log in using your new password.
