Updating your directory listing

Once logged in to the member area, you will be able to upload offers. 


Before you start… 


Do you have the appropriate permissions to be able to update your directory listing? 

Only admins are able to do so. The primary contact for your business has been given admin permissions as default, they will be able to give you the same permissions. To learn how to make another user into an admin, please see the appropriate user guide. 


Directory listing 

Your directory listing lets others know a little about your business as well as providing contact details, social links and your logo. To update your directory listing: 


1. Login to members.neechamber.co.uk 

2. Select update directory listing



3. You’ll then be able to update the following fields: 

• Directory display name – please note, if this is left empty, the directory will list your Account name in the directory. 

• Phone number 

• Website 

• Email 

• Primary Twitter ID (handle) 

• Description – should be less than 2000 characters 

• Number of employees 

• Logo 

• Address fields 

• Finance email address



4. Once you have updated the above fields, click submit in the bottom left corner.
